See I just tested it so i know im right. You can be /Neutral and have Horns i do it on all my saves before I become corrupt. I go on a killing spree, grow full horns and still have normal white skin not even greenish. Then i go overprice my rent wait a long time and my skin starts to crack open and change. Red Dragon > Dragonstomper, lets face it. After seeing Reaver do nothing but miss all of his shots while i dispatched all the enemies quickly with headshots from the Red Dragon, im not sure if it's Reaver or his gun.
