Have you tried marrying any of the fat disgusting women? I assume looking the way they do that they'd be virgins and disease free. I recommend going to bloodstone and looking for an aristocrat. Those are some seriously beastly creatures and you probably get some uber rare reward if you can bring yourself to do it!
