The chicken suit it sold by clothing vendors too. If they shop doesnt have it stocked then try to increase the economy or come back later. I have for a fact seen it sold by the Oakfield and Bowerstone Market clothing vendors. But the chicken suit is also obtained from the fable2.com flash game which you then get the item from the chest in the guild
