Natal has a camera, what you see in the water is just a video feed of her. Whether the feed is live or not is irrelevant. Even the simplest of AI is processor intensive, I doubt there’d be much reserve left for a higher polycount. It’s also unknown how much strain the natal technology puts on the xbox itself.

Most games are rushed, its part of the production process. In fact, it’s a miracle some games are made at all.

We already know that Milo can learn your name, so I’m guessing he will learn other things like your favourite movie and other interests, giving you new things to talk about, allowing him to ''evolve''. Hopefully not in the same way Fable 2 was supposed to evolve based on the choices you made... Although I did enjoyed it immensely.
