Another thought for those still struggling to get the King or Queen title. Upgrading the furniture in your houses increases the property value, giving you more money and also accumulating more real estate value. It may be another way to acquire enough money to earn the title in addition to buying Fairfax castle.

I have several fav's, but my #1 fav is Reaver if you couldn't tell from the name. my second favorite would have to be Theresa, who I am actually cosplaying as in a week! and I made the explorer's outfit for my bro and Reaver's outfit for his friend.
