I bought fable2 a couple of days after release and put some time into it until it started freezing after the crucible (I believe it was in Westcliff). I stopped playing it and bought Fallout3. That game started freezing my xbox until I got the RROD.  I bought a new 360 arcade version and finished Fallout3 without a problem. I put Fable2 back
