I think the tyrant is our hero from Fable II. With Fable III having a whole industrial thing, I could see there being a large creature, maybe a troll, that's part mechanical. A metal plate over half its face, a piston on its shoulder pumping rapidly up and down etc. Maybe not as an emeny you come across alot but maybe as part of a quest.

I have just had an idea and I think it could be a fun little contest. As Fable III is still pretty early in development, wouldn't it be interesting if Lionhead had a contest to design a weapon? Reaver was by far my favourite Hero. Partly because he was voiced by Stephen Fry, Partly because his character was really cool and partly because I thought his dialouge was some of the most entertaining. I'd really like to see him back. If he does come back, I'm sure he'd be racing to get the crown before you did.
