Same problem: Married Lady Gray, moved her into Brightwood Tower and had a girl (sex during day = girl, sex at night = boy).  Completed story, chose love.  Girl follows me everywhere in Brightwood and acts just like always (no zombie daughter here) - Lady Gray is nowhere to be found. Dog didn't even appear until I went to Bower
