i like your ideas. all of them except for the 5-6 people... that would be too much. i also thought that it would be great to let another player bring their own hero not oly their hero's stats or at least let the henchman customize his/her appearance your idea about upgrading your weapons and the dragons and ogres are great. you have pretty ideas ...

i think that citizen transfer thing is a idea. instead of customising only your hero you could customise your whole world
