check the cd set sticker number then have a look at the clear part on inside of disc they start with x-11 you will propably find they are different hence no loading coz the key is for the cd set on the sticker and you along with lots of other ppl do not have corresponding cd's in pack i am returning mine today.

if you check the cd set number on inside of disk you will probably find it to be different to the cd set number sticker on the back.there has obviously been a huge f*** up at the packing joint....i am still trying to get an answer for this prob.  

i have just bought this game and tried to install it,no but i have found out why,the cd set no.on the cd is x-11-355**,and on the four disc pack it says x-11-367**,oh my looks like someone has made a big boo boo in packing..i wonder if i am able to recieve the correct key for my cd set???
