• Re: Milo pool reflections

I was reading a journo's blog post about this - saying how spooky and cool it was.She found much about Milo compelling - but of course he wasn't able to answer all questions fluently, and there's a lot of smoke-and-mirrors about keeping him plausible.

  • Re: Milo!

Milo was staggering. Will he always look like that? I seem to remember early Dimitri images showing a caricature old man. Will he grow up? Look different for each player? Is he your 'player character' or a coop NPC? Are you cast as a psychiatrist? Is your role to guide his personality as he grows up? People's incinations to hurt or kill Milo ...

  • Re: I keep coming back...

The decision to let you accrue cash even while not playing is cunning - even if you put it down for a few days, your reward for coming back just goes up.

  • Re: Fable 2 - Temple of Light [Minor Spoiler]

Anyone clarify how to get the timing right, by, eg, watching the sunlight traverse across the room?I thought it'd end up shining straight onto the ring in the centre of the room, but I've never seen that happen.

  • Re: Soo No Age Reduction?

Not sure whether this is the same thing, but I believe so:=== SPOILERS, natch ===The reward for getting 20 gargoyles is a potion ('of Life', I believe) that most definitely makes you young. It may also do the other things claimed, but what amazed me when I took it was that my middle-aged female hero, with a paunch and crow's feet and scars ...

  • I keep coming back...

Got Far Cry 2 and now Fallout 3, but I keep popping Fable back in the drive, just for a little pootle in a safe, beautiful world... a new quest, a few new purchases... it's the game that keeps on giving.

  • Re: So does anyone see them selves going back to Fable?

You bet, more so that the original Fable. I feel there's loads still left to do now I've finished the game, and plenty of replay value. Add inevitable DLC to that, and although there's a load of time-consuming gaming coming out all at once (Fable deserves a Spring/summer release, I think, but economics disgarees), I certainly hope I'll go ...

  • Re: Post your Fable 2 Gamertag

Hm, nice idea, but you know you can show your gamertag in that little box on the left? If anyone didn't know, there's a tickbox in your email & private settings tab on your profile page which allows you to choose to show it or conceal it. You can click through to view the user's gamercard, and from there add a friend directly. Not saying ...

  • Re: Lesbians (somewhat stupid question/s)

No, and Yes, in that order. The STD thing is just a stat really... unless you're really bothered about 100% purity, in which case: why are you shagging whores? It's one of those cool, minor, permanent things the game does. Despite my character being a beauty (and a bit of a wild one, as you can tell since I can answer these questions), ...
