One of the main point of the games is seeing how your choices effect what your character looks like, not choosing it at the beginning.I heard something ...

  • Re: Would you like Gnolls in Fable 2 or 3?

Why do you think that they go well with Fable as oppossed to Orcs or Dwarves or something? They've been in almost every fantasy rpg I've played, I'd rather see something new.And I'm not knocking your gnoll idea. I'm curious and would like to know why you think they'd fit well.

  • Re: Would you like Gnolls in Fable 2 or 3?

I don't think it is that likely. Gnolls are pretty standard fantasy fare and I remember an interview for the original Fable in which the devs stated that they wanted to stay away from fantasy staples like elves and dwarves and whatnot and instead have their interpretation of Grimm's Fairy Tales. I also don't really see what Gnolls would add to the ...

  • Re: Where does the dog go in real combat?

In the original dog video the dog was taking part in combat. I think that you're right that the dog combat was turned off to keep focus on the players in the co-op demo, at least that's what I thought.

  • Re: I are confused.

I also think that the game will follow TlC since that is the ''real'' story for the game.

  • Re: Inventory map features

Gradius1:Fast travel and running along have nothing to do with each other. Fast travel is something that will probably be explained more in detail by the relevant figureheads at some point I'm sure.Does that mean that some form of fast travel, whether or not its the same system as was in the first game, will be in Fable 2?

  • Re: Breadcrumb feature

I don't really like the idea of the breadcrumb trail, but I can see how some people would find it helpful. I think the best thing to do would be to let players have the option of turning it off if they want to. i also want to see what it actually looks like in the game and if it's as obtrusive as it sounds in the article.

  • Re: game map.

ratcatfish:Having a detailed world map sounds great but, Apparently there is going to be a color coded ''Bread Crumb'' trail of pixiedust stuff that will go along the ground and lead you to quests and what not. So the dog is not really the only HUD or method for finding your way around in the game world. I personaly think the ...
