This is typical. Someone hears a rumour about a review. Even then it's a rumour if the game got 9 point freakin' 5 out of 10.
Yet because another game has scored 0.5 better it diminishes the achievement?
9.5 is an astounding score for any game.
Even so, individual reviews are HIGHLY subjective and cannot be compared to those of

Yeah but I bet you it's only for scenic purposes. Although Peter did say that there's some things in there that'd surprise us. I'd love it if as time advanced in the game they built railways between the towns in Albion and there was like a large terminal in Bowerstone. They did say there would be 'fast travel' and we've seen

No one heard of Narrow Guage railways then? They were used very extensively for mining in the UK (and in other countries too). You can still see them working in various places...Wales mostly.

Yes I must admit I'm not familiar with that quote
Well, of course as I just made it up. That's why it I said it was a ''quote''. Basically, I meant it is a line of a F3 game character. The line it itself explains what I meant quite clearly, though rather cryptically.
OH! I see....well...the Fae Stone could be a mythical ...

Yes I must admit I'm not familiar with that quote
But I would like a Wild West RPG....not like ''Wild Arms'' though...

Thing is, I'm not sure that Lionhead will abandon the Brother's Grimm/European/British ...

I like Kiltie's idea too. It seems that the Victorian period is a popular choice. I think steam contraptions and the enthusiasm with which the Victorians liked to explore and adventure really compliments a game like Fable.
It just seems like the next logical step. It's an aesthetic that hasn't really been explored too ...

Like your idea postcard, although I you'd probably end up having to cast the working class as and the upper classes as - which is a bit too simplistic. Also not as many opportunities for monsters, swords and guns but I like the setting.
I do know it's not Britain. But history can act as inspiration. Most nations went

Here are my thoughts on this...
You're all probably aware that Albion is another name for Britain, that its inhabitants speak in various British accents, and that the map of Albion is very similar in shape to Wales. In Fable 1 the aesthetics such as architecture were similar to early Britain and now in Fable 2 a more ''Dickensian'' ...

If they have not kept the Union Jack undies I will be most disappointed.
It was a humorous touch that reminded everyone which great nation the game came from!
And for those advocating the Scottish flag or ''Saltire'', get over it! The Union Flag represents all the nations of the UK. Yep, I'm English but I'm also British and so are ...
