After finding some time, and some creative hacking, I finnally got all the data back online for Mod-Warehouse, including all the instructions, descriptions, pictures, and user info. Only the download section is currently online, but lets face it, thats what everyone is looking for anyway. Registered users can upload pending moderator approval.

The backdrops I have made, came out to around 342k, and they work fine. You can use the DXT1A setting in the options panel for a smaller file size, but I haven't tested that setting for use in game. It will let you start in the year 2000, but it won't unlock everything. Some of the unlocks are Award Based, not time based. If you want those unlocks, you eithe have to play the game, or modify your unlocking.ini file.
