No they still fall in love despite the horns and hooves. Normally people run screaming but sit and play a card game in one of the pubs and the whole pub will have been won over in a few games time - depending on your status.

I cant remember if its just the codecs or if its the whole windows media 10 it uses for those little exp videos at the side but the main root of the problem is WinXP ships with Windows Media 8 and it needs updating for Fable to work.
There are more details in the readme after you install.

Its the beach past the right side of the pub. I usually find that when you first run there, a guard is standing on the correct spot at the left of the jetty, kinda like a marker.

Snake I htink you need to change your method if it takes you ''2 to 9'' times to catch everything!! Try the advice above as well.
You should only be snapping the line occasionally if at all once you get the hang of fishing.

@Wonderfly do a world save before you embark on the Wasp Menace quest and use that as your start point. That will avoid reloading to the ''puking child'' cutscene!

Hey dude, you need to install windows media player 10. Thats the casue of the choppiness in the exp spend.
Basically it goes choppy when you move the cursor over an attribute and the video takes ages to play or looks like it locks up right?? Yeah thats media player 10 (or lack of!).
Installing that will solve your problem, media player8 or 9 ...
