Actually I got mine to use it by using the soldier leash when in the enemy towns, I didn't have it till I fought the Japs where they have the siren wonder. I would leash point the wonder and the armories and random platoons and he would use fire ball sometimes and lightning a lot when troops were surrounding him. He fried em pretty damn well either
