i got this quest first try on my first run through the game, then restarted after the patch... for some reason i can't throw that barrel for crap now. My fireballs and lightning are fairly accurate, but theirs something weird about that damn barrel.

Lightning is the best spell in the world for dealing with pesky moaning villagers or children... or immigrants. One ball dropped carefully can sizzle dozens of people! One ball dropped carefully in your orgy/creche area can wipe out dozens of children! YAY! eeeeebil... Breed! BREED THAT I MAY SLAY YOUR OFFSPRING! gotta be pretty dark right
