I did it. The ending celebration allows you to talk with your fellow companions and friends (if you lived! Dun dun dun) and then there's a bunch of details about how each culture was affected by your actions throughout the game, how they developed in the future, blah blah blah. Sort of like Fallout 1 & 2. Gonna' go play City Elf now!

matneee:Oh, and Mr Markrichardbehenna is absolutely correct - wandering up to the chap in your camp and having a long, detailed, interesting conversation which abruptly ends with the conversational option ''Yes! I will help you in this quest by buying a Download Pack!'' is absolutely game-ruining. They should be ashamed, deeply, deeply ashamed. I ...

Picked it up for PC and wow, graphically it's far more beautiful than videos and screenshots had led me to believe, though they might have been from the Xbox 360 version. Combat system is quite involved and there is some enviromental strategies to be found. The difficulty is quite challenging but never borders on frustration on normal mode. Though ...

$22. Although $15 of that is from 'The Stone Prisoner' DLC. Players who've purchased a new copy of Dragon Age will get The Stone Prisoner and Dragon Armour absolutely free. Those who buy second-hand will have to pay for it. It's an interesting way of rewarding players who choose to buy brand new, and is a significantly better idea than the crippled

So apparently my friend has a PC and 360 copy of Dragon Age three days before official (UK) release, while I sit here wondering if my preorder from Gameplay will come at all because of the postal strikes.

  • Re: What are you playing?

Desperate for any minor distraction from the upcoming Dragon Age, I grabbed an oldie recommended to me by a friend called Salammbo: Battle For Carthage - one of those point & click adventure games. Didn't like it that much. It's missing one of the key factors I find most appealing in point & click adventures, witty dialogue. Oh if only I ...

  • Re: Dragon Age Originates October 20

You go through a unique origin story 2-3 hours long to get some motivation, character development and a sense of the society you come from. Then you're inducted into the Grey Wardens and go through a battle and a deception, blah blah blah, until you're tasked with uniting the peoples of the land to fight off the Darkspawn invasion. It's at this ...

The video serves as undisputable proof that there is no god, or if there is, he hates us.

Brutal Legend arrived this morning in the post, two days before European release! It certainly has a unique style. Was a bit thrown off to find you can order around armies.
